This policy explains how Casa Bella Renovations (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal information when you contact us through this website, and your rights under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). We are the “data controller” for the information you provide.

What information we collect
When you submit our enquiry / quote form, we collect the details you give us:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your postcode
- The service you're interested in and the description of your project
- Your preferred contact method
We only ask for what we need to respond to your enquiry and provide a quote. We do not ask for special-category data, and please don't include any in your project description.
How and why we use your information
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out any work you go on to ask us to do. Our lawful bases for processing are:
- Consent — you tick the consent box when submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
- Legitimate interests — responding to a quote request you have initiated, and where relevant taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
How the form works (Web3Forms)
Our enquiry form is delivered using Web3Forms, a form-to-email service that processes the submission on our behalf (a “data processor”). When you submit the form, your details are sent securely to Web3Forms, which forwards them to our email inbox so we can reply. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver the message and does not use it for its own purposes. You can read their privacy information at web3forms.com/privacy-policy.
Who we share it with
Your information is shared only with Web3Forms (to deliver your message) and our email provider (where the enquiry is received and stored). We may share information if we are legally required to do so. We do not share it with any other third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records and any follow-up work — typically no longer than necessary for these purposes. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to or ask us to restrict how we use your information
- Withdraw consent at any time
